II International Conference for Rectors and Pastoral Personnel of Shrines

The II International Conference for Rectors and Pastoral Personnel of Shrines will be held from November 9 to 11, 2023, with the theme The Shrine: a House of Prayer. This event takes place after the first International Conference held in 2018, with three days that will involve numerous conference attendees, including Rectors and Pastoral Personnel from Shrines all around the world. The Conference, which will also take place as preparation for the Holy Year of 2025, will be held in the Paul VI Audience Hall within Vatican City, and is organized by the Section for the Fundamental Questions regarding Evangelization in the World from the Dicastery for Evangelization.

N.B. The Conference venue is the Paul VI Audience Hall within Vatican City except for the celebration of Holy Mass on Friday morning which will take place in St. Peter’s Basilica. After Holy Mass, the morning session will resume in the Paul VI Audience Hall.
